The concept of these two sites is quite simple. You register and fill out the details of your profile (sex, age, location etc). You can then add to your profile by describing what you like/dislike, your favourite type of music etc - generally give the other members an idea of who you are. Before you dash off and subscribe, bear these two things in mind:
1) You should be careful not to give out your address, or details of where you live. There are some pretty weird people out there, and not all are nice. You could end up in a dangerous situation with a psycho. Not good - avoid it at all costs.

This was highlighted with the piss-funny tale from France that had toes curling the world round. It was the mother of all dating disasters. Basically, a pair of steamy cyber chums decided to meet up, but they turned out to be mother and son. So wrong!
Yes, fumbling Frenchman Daniel Anceneaux spent six months talking to his online sweetheart, exchanging flirtatious emails and even pictures. He finally plucked up the courage to come face to face with his Sweet Juliette, only to find that she was not so much his lover but rather his mother.
It turned out they were done in by their own deceit in swapping photos of people that weren't really themselves. The fact that the pair made "racy" exchanges in the build up to meeting is enough to put anyone off their dinner!
