The tanned temptress, who is enjoying the limelight after shooting to fame on T4 favourite the OC, was voted on her talent, money, star quality and sex appeal (although it was probably just the latter).
The 20-year-old nudged King Kong cutie Naomi Watts into second place, while Kate Moss came third, prompting FHM editor Ross Brown to say the magazine's readers "recognise a good catch when they see one".
Other British-born bombshells who were highly rated by the FHM faithful as marriage material were soul singer Joss Stone, Elizabeth Jagger and Mickey Sumner, daughter of Sting.
Whilst the likes of Keira Knightley and Tamara Ecclestone also made the top ten, former favourites such as Rachel Stevens and Denise van Outen were nowhere to be seen.
